Q. What is a podcast, how do I get one and how much does one cost?

A: Podcasts are radio shows or other audio programs available for download over the Internet. The maker of a podcast, called a podcaster, often updates their podcast with a series of episodes that you can subscribe to. Spanish Arriba's podcasts are free.

Q: Do I need to have an iPod to listen to podcasts?

A: No. The first podcast clients were designed to subscribe to audio shows, automatically download them and sync them to iPods. As podcasting has evolved, podcast clients have become available that work with most portable digital audio players. Spanish Arriba's podcasts can be downloaded directly from the sites. Click on our logos on your right to go to the sites where you can listen or download our podcasts to your PC.

Q: Do I need special software to listen to podcasts?

A: No. Our websites let you listen to our podcasts as streaming media, directly from the site. Podcasting clients (Apple iTunes) are used to streamline downloading podcasts and copying them to portable media players such as iPods.

Q: Where can I find Spanish Arriba's Podcasts?

A: Spanish Arriba! has several sites where you can listen to and download our podcasts. Please check the our homepage and click on any of the links. Please note that if you have an iPod, you need to subscribe to our Podcats so that iTunes can download automatically the latest additions.
